All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by S-Tier Dev and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
S-Tier Dev curates job listings from third-party employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. We are not a party to any employment relationship between you and any employer found through the Service.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our discretion.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and refund policies, including our money-back guarantee, will be presented at the time of purchase. All refund requests are subject to the specific terms disclosed during the transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S-Tier Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
