Your customers are internal engineers, not end users; you'll create design systems, developer tooling, and foundational abstractions that the rest of the team builds on.This isn't a product engineering role where you ship features to customers. You'll think about frontend API design, code quality infrastructure, and building reusable components that are a pleasure to use.
