You will be responsible for building high-impact products across several key domains:Simulation & Diagnostic Tools: Building the visual and data-driven tools that help dentists diagnose and plan treatments more effectively.Patient Education: Creating interactive experiences that help patients understand their dental health and treatment options.Insights/Hub: Developing the centralized performance dashboard that gives practices actionable data to optimize their growth.What You’ll DoArchitect & Build: Lead the development of scalable services and rich frontend experiences across our Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains.Drive Growth: Own features directly tied to our North Star Metric (Same Store Growth), ensuring that our tools provide measurable value to dental practices.Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate complex dental workflows into intuitive software.Mentor: Act as a technical leader, leveling up the engineers around you through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices.Full-Stack Ownership: Contribute across our stack (TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) to deliver end-to-end features.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years (Senior I) of professional software engineering experience.Technical Depth: Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development.
