Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer IV to join our agile team. In this critical role, you will be a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-quality web applications.
You will leverage your deep expertise in C#, the .NET ecosystem, and Angular to build end-to-end solutions. This position requires a strong technical background, a passion for clean code, and the ability to mentor other developers and drive technical decisions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code using the modern .NET framework (ASP.NET Core).
Front-End Expertise: Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS.
Back-End & API: Create and manage secure, scalable RESTful APIs and web services.
Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and complex queries in SQL Server, utilizing Entity Framework Core.
Technical Leadership: Act as a technical subject matter expert, promoting best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, design patterns).
Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality features.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Expert-level proficiency in C# and the modern .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
3+ years of hands-on experience with modern Angular (version 15+) and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
Extensive experience with version control using Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
