PeopleSoft Application Developer
The work:
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Support PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR; Payroll; Benefits; Compensation & Performance; Employee Self-Service & Portal; BI Reporting & Public Queries). Provide support for steady state (production and non-prod) environments, enhancements and minor projects. Troubleshoot incidents and support requests and develop fixes. Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design. Assist in analyzing and documenting user requirements of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation. Identify inputs, outputs and throughputs of a business process. Define data requirements.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
