Responsibilities: Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and supportDefine and implement best practices for mobile and Windows applications development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Qualifications & Skills:6+ years of experience in mobile / windows application development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile / Windows applications from concept to launch.Experience leading and mentoring development teams.Proficiency in mobile /Windows development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin,Go, React Native).Strong understanding mobile/Windows architecture platforms.Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
