RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Agentic Software Engineer to join one of our clients’ teams. As an Agentic Software Engineer, you are a product-minded, customer-focused, full-stack engineer who builds and ships features using AI coding agents as everyday development tools. Working under general supervision with moderate autonomy, you independently deliver well-scoped features from implementation through production — using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster. You exercise sound judgment on implementation approach and quality trade-offs, with your decisions directly affecting feature delivery timelines and code maintainability. You consult with senior engineers on architectural decisions and raise risks that require team-level discussion. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices.Essential Responsibilities:Develop and deliver features and services for our travel platform on a full-stack product development teamStrong proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily developmentworkflows to accelerate delivery and improve code qualityReview and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance before mergingContribute to refactoring and modernizing existing services and architectures using cloud-native designpatternsWrite clean, testable, peer-reviewed, and well-optimized code — whether authored manually orcollaboratively with AI agentsContribute to improving development and operations of an increasingly distributed architectureAdvocate for quality, durability, and technical debt reduction by working with Product Owners, EngineeringManagers, Product Designers and other key partnersSafeguard the privacy, security, and trust of our members' sensitive data throughout our implementations, in partnership with our Risk and Security teamsContribute to meeting backend and system SLOs as part of the broader engineering teamQualifications/Requirements of the Position:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience3–5 years of full-stack development experience building web applications and services1+ year of hands-on experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) inprofessional development workflowsSolid experience building modern web applications, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture and patternsProficiency in two or more of the following: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#/.NETExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or AngularExperience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Proficiency using AI coding agents to accelerate development, generate and refine code, and assist withdebugging and testingFamiliarity with prompt engineering techniques for code generation and development workflowsAwareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it enables AI agents to interact with external tools and data sourcesWorking knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and graph-based data technologies (GraphRAG, GraphDB)Hands-on experience building applications in cloud and hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with real-time streaming or distributed messaging platforms such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, orsimilarExperience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and modern DevOps practicesExperience with modern project management and collaboration tools (Jira, ADO, GitHub Projects, or similar)Agile software delivery experience (iterative planning and delivery)Excellent communication skills, strong working relationships, and a high degree of team collaborationStrong curiosity about emerging AI development tools and a desire to stay current with the evolving agentic coding landscapeAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio founded in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
