A Day in the Life of a Business Development Account Executive:
Manage inbound leads (no cold calling), qualify, and conduct due diligence on potential partners who want to onboard
Identify clients with a strong fit and pursue via research and creative outreach
Onboard and train new partners with our system and workflow
Review new partner applications, follow-up to ensure that all new partners are on-boarded efficiently and conduct our screening process
Follow up with on-going deals and assist in closing deals with partners
Manage daily submissions to drive revenue by establishing, managing, and maintaining a relationship with business partners
Relentlessly improve your knowledge of the industry and Fora’s funding process
This position is a hybrid position that reports to the NYC office.
What You Have:
Industry experience involving sales or business development
Demonstrate a solid sense of priority with a partner first mentality
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Self-starter who has a desire to learn and grow with a track record of success; drive for achievement
Ability to work independently and multi-task without supervision
Bachelor's Degree
Comfortable in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft office
Knowledge in Salesforce/HubSpot/other lead gen tools is a plus

Competitive Base Salary + Commission base of $55,000 and OTE $80,000-$110,000
