  Important Information Years of Experience: 7+ years Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Remote  Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer (18584) to architect, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, end-to-end automation solutions leveraging RPA, Agentic AI, and emerging automation technologies. This role demands deep technical expertise across solution architecture, environment setup, deployments, observability, testing, governance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader and communicator who partners closely with business stakeholders to define automation strategies and deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions. While not a core requirement, experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a strong plus, particularly for automations involving AI-driven agents and advanced decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities and Duties Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Agentic AI, and complementary automation technologies. Leverage platform-specific AI capabilities such as UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and Power Automate Copilot to build intelligent and adaptive automation workflows. Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including environment creation, infrastructure configuration, scalability planning, and CI/CD implementation. Automate deployment processes, enforce version control best practices, and manage release cycles and operational readiness. Implement strong observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboards, to ensure resilient and stable automations. Define, implement, and oversee automation testing frameworks (unit, integration, regression, and automated test pipelines). Develop and maintain governance standards, performance KPIs, scorecards, and compliance metrics to measure automation effectiveness. Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, integrations, environments, and AI-driven components. Evaluate emerging technologies and determine the most appropriate tools and techniques for each automation opportunity. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by leading requirements discussions and presenting solution proposals. Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, test strategies, and operational runbooks. Champion best practices in solution design, security, scalability, maintainability, and lifecycle management. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering automation solutions, with a strong focus on UiPath and/or Power Automate. Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise automation architectures. Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Advanced programming skills in Python, C#, or similar languages. Deep expertise in APIs, integration patterns, orchestration platforms, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong troubleshooting skills across application layers, infrastructure (cloud and on-prem), and AI components. Role-specific Requirements Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced RPA capabilities, including UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, AI Fabric, or Power Automate Copilot. Practical experience with Agentic AI, conversational AI, or cognitive automation solutions. Ability to design scalable, secure, and observable automation ecosystems for enterprise environments. Strong ownership mindset for automation reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
