Our team is distributed across the globe, and this distributed nature will continue to grow. This means that there is always something happening, so effective time management in a remote and asynchronous engineering environment is essential.While English is the second language for many engineers on the team, fluency in written English is a requirement. While a very high degree of fluency in spoken English is also a plus, if you are not confident in your written English ability, please do not apply.We do not ask applicants to complete take-home assignments or participate in “leetcode” style interviews. However, we do require a two-week full-time or four-week part-time fully paid “work trial” of “mutual assessment.” More details about this mutual assessment period are outlined below. We’ll agree on the scope of the project before you start.You’ll work independently, however you’ll have access to the team to ask questions and get support on anything you might need to complete the task efficiently.At the end of the trial if we both enjoyed working together, we’ll offer you a full time position.We’re aware that there are pros and cons to this process but we believe this is the best possible way for both parties to be excited about working together.
