Our customers rely on Revin to run their business, and we operate accordingly.About the RoleWe are hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems that power Revin’s revenue engine.This role is commercially driven. Technical depth is a major advantage, but revenue judgment is the priority. You will design and own the infrastructure that generates pipeline, accelerates enterprise sales cycles, and drives expansion across our customer base. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, turning AI and automation into measurable revenue impact.This is a 0→1 build. There is no mature playbook. This is a hands-on role that combines technical execution with business impact. You will architect workflows, automations, and systems that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while making AI tools truly usable for operators.This role is highly strategic and highly operational: you will not just manage processes—you will design, build, and optimize them from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Architect and maintain GTM systems that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.Build and maintain signal-based workflows that generate email, call, and LinkedIn-based tasks within engagement platforms.Develop automations and integrations using Clay.com, Zapier, and other workflow solutions.Partner with GTM leadership to define operating rhythms: pipeline reviews, account planning, and forecast reporting.Ensure clean, trustworthy data through QA, validation, and governance.Creates dashboards and reporting layers that provide visibility into funnel performance, revenue drivers, and customer engagement.Integrate product usage signals into GTM workflows to optimize scoring, expansion, and proactive outreach.Continuously improve GTM systems, recommending new platforms and refining processes to increase throughput.Who You Are3-6 years experience in GTM, Growth, RevOps, Sales Ops, Sales Engineering, or similar revenue-driving roles.Deep understanding of enterprise revenue mechanics and sales cycles.Builder mentality: You ship systems, not slide decks.Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.Familiarity with Clay.com, enrichment platforms, sequencing tools, and workflow automations.Comfortable leveraging AI solutions to increase output and automate processes.Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in ambiguity.Commercially minded: You understand revenue drivers and where deals get stuck.Strong collaborator: You can communicate clearly across GTM, Product, and Data teams.Execution-driven: You ship fast, iterate constantly, and solve problems proactively.Nice-to-have:SQL, Python, or JavaScript experience for workflow scripting.Previous exposure to reverse ETL or AI-powered automation.Admin-level experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach.
