What you will doBe the technical authority and trusted advisor on the Sysdig Platform, reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.Build relationships across customer teams, from engineers to executivesAlign platform capabilities with customer goals to attain outcomes and valueGuide deployment, architecture, and operational best practicesLead workshops to accelerate adoption and maximize platform impactAdvocate for customer needs and influence product directionPartner with Sales on retention and growthCollaborate with Support and Services to ensure smooth implementations and fast issue resolution
What you will bring with youHands-on experience with Kubernetes in enterprise environments (on-prem and cloud)Proficiency in container image creation and optimizationFamiliarity with cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, and automation toolsScripting and API integration skillsTroubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilitiesExperience leading projects and working directly with customersBonus: Knowledge of time series metrics, Prometheus, and monitoring frameworks like Golden Signals or the USE method
What we look for5+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS, cloud, or security roles (e.g., TAM, CSE, DevOps, and Architect)Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platformsFamiliarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practicesOne or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)Collaborative technologistsBonus: Experience with Sysdig or FalcoAbility to work onsite at customer's office in Dallas, at least 1-2 days a week

The U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and $179,300 USD/year.
