We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re expanding our full-stack team to accelerate feature development, scale analytics systems, and ship the next wave of intelligence-driven capabilities.What you’ll doBuild and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks.Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems.Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services.Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization.Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature.Help shape development standards, best practices, and architecture for scalability.Who you areExperienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable moving between backend and frontend.Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast.Pragmatic and fast-moving, you know how to deliver in an evolving product environment.Opinionated about clean, maintainable code but flexible when shipping fast matters.Bonus pointsFamiliarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts.Experience in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design.Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems.Why joinYou’ll be building at the intersection of data, intelligence, and product, turning massive workflow datasets into insights and automation.
