We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join a small, high-impact engineering team. This role is critical to building and scaling internal systems used daily by clinicians and operations teams. You’ll work in a lean environment with high ownership and autonomy, where execution quality matters.
