If you are passionate about optimizing infrastructure at scale and have a strong background in security engineering, this role is for you.What will you do?This is a high-impact role that comes with significant autonomy and requires a self-driven, collaborative person. You will be focused on managing our infrastructure and security processes, and should be able to:Work closely with a customer success manager to manage enterprise deployments and SSO integrationsWork closely with application developers to deploy infrastructure solutions to product problemsAutomate new software deployments, data backups, and data recoveryMonitor and improve the performance and availability of our cloud infrastrutureTake part in an on-call rotation and incident responseManage process for SOC 2 compliance & pentestingExample projectsScale out our infrastructure for zero-downtime software deploymentsIdentify opportunities to decrease cloud cost and increase performanceStress-test backups and disaster recoveryCoordinate with customer success to support enterprise configuration (Eg.
