As we scale from a small consumer app to a suite of B2B products, we need to maintain performance and scalability. Example initiatives include:Implementing a local-first sync engine to keep data always up to dateSupporting offline modeSplitting up the app into micro frontendsDramatically reducing time to first paintAnd many, many more deep initiativesThis will be a role where you will make long-lasting technical decisions and permanently shape the app. You will work with other staff+ engineers on the frontend and the backend to drive major technical initiatives across the finish line.You will be a successful engineer at Motion if:You are ambitious and always looking for ways to improve.
