Somethings you should have experience doing are.Working and communicating with a team in a remote environment.Conduct regular 1-1s and help unblock engineers as needed.Help to manage a hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews.Conduct code reviews and aid engineers in releasing new features quickly and reliably.About you1+ years of experience as an engineering manager at a start-up in a remote engineering team environment.A desire to be a part of the entire project development process.
