RYZ is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to our internal projects. You will help define system architecture, own and implement key components, and shape the overall user experience. As an early team member, you will be responsible for technical problem-solving, creatively meeting product objectives, and establishing best practices. You will interact with cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience).- 4+ years of professional experience with backend development using Node.js or Python.- Front-end development experience with React.js. - Proven experience in building dynamic web applications and APIs.- Prior experience with AWS technologies in a production environment.Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with architecture, design patterns, and scaling of new systems.- Strong data-oriented skills with knowledge of Core Data and data structures.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and resolve ambiguity effectively.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and opinions, while also being decisive and analytical.- Well-rounded engineering skills with experience in both backend and front-end development.
