What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer on the Monetization Platform team at Vanta:The Monetization Platform team at Vanta is building an enterprise-grade revenue and entitlement platform to support our rapid upmarket expansion. These systems form the critical foundation for how customers purchase, access, and manage Vanta's products. We're solving complex technical challenges including data modeling for entitlements, ensuring transactional consistency across integrated financial systems, designing robust API contracts, and implementing metering infrastructure for usage-based billing.As we scale to serve larger enterprises, we face unique engineering challenges in designing flexible systems that can support complex organizational structures, diverse purchasing patterns, and sophisticated partner ecosystems. In this role, you'll provide technical leadership to help architect solutions that seamlessly connect our customer-facing platform with our financial operations, enabling everything from streamlined enterprise procurement to partner-driven distribution models. Your work will establish reliable data flows across our business systems, reduce manual operations, and create scalable infrastructure that supports new commercial models.
