This role plays a pivotal part in revenue growth and customer base expansion, while offering the opportunity to grow into a more senior sales position and contribute to strategic initiatives over time.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & OutreachIntroduce the client’s value proposition and solutions to brands and marketers through personalized email communication.Execute outbound sales strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets.Build meaningful relationships with prospects through written conversations.Secure qualified meetings and initiate strategic conversations with the right decision-makers.Sales Strategy & CollaborationCollaborate with sales and account management teams to gather insights and refine outbound strategies.Contribute new and innovative ideas to better engage and convert prospective clients.Support broader revenue growth initiatives as part of an early-stage sales team.CRM & Data ManagementMaintain and update accurate, comprehensive records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and account details within the CRM platform.Use data and analytics to track outreach performance and optimize results.QualificationsExperience2+ years of business development experience, preferably within a marketing, tech, B2B, or marketplace business.Background in a sales-focused or business development role at a brand, agency, or media company.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and other sales tools.SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of the digital and creative needs of established and emerging brands.Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.Relationship-building mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach.Competitive, numbers-driven attitude with a strong focus on meeting revenue targets.Driven, passionate, and open to learning, with ambition to grow into a more senior sales role.OpportunityThis role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within an early-stage sales team while contributing directly to revenue growth.
