Working across both front-end and back-end systems, you’ll help deliver reliable, high-performance user experiences while ensuring maintainability and scalability in production.This is a fully remote, async-first role, collaborating with distributed product, design, and engineering teams to ship meaningful features that improve how people work in remote and hybrid environments.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end full-stack web applications.Build and integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive, user-focused functionality.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver growth-driven features.Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable APIs.Optimise application performance, reliability, and scalability across environments.Monitor system health and proactively improve code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.Work effectively in an async, globally distributed team environment.
Requirements4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer in SaaS or technology-driven environments.Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular, and React.Experience building and consuming APIs, with a solid understanding of backend systems.Hands-on experience with MongoDB and cloud platforms (GCP experience preferred).Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features from design through production.Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating in remote, asynchronous teams.Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
Nice to haveExperience working in remote-first or async-first engineering teams.Exposure to performance monitoring and optimisation in production systems.Experience contributing to growth-focused product initiatives.Familiarity with scalable SaaS architectures and distributed systems.Interest in building products that improve productivity, transparency, and trust in modern workplaces.
