As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will lead complex technical sales engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. You’ll own discovery, solution design, and demonstration delivery while partnering with Account Executives to develop winning strategies. You will also mentor junior SEs, influence product direction, and help evolve SE standard processes across the organization!
What You’ll Do
Lead technical discovery and translate client needs into tailored accessibility solutions.
Own demo creation and delivery for enterprise-level sales opportunities.
Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations.
Collaborate with Product Management and Product teams to advocate for customer needs that drive product strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Services.
Mentor Associate SEs and contribute to onboarding programs.
Represent Level Access at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Support enablement by mentoring peers and contributing to SE standards, frameworks, and reusable demo assets.
Travel should be expected up to 30% of the time, depending on customer and event needs.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a technical presales or solution consulting role within SaaS or compliance-related fields.
Deep understanding of accessibility concepts, web technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
Strong storytelling and communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
Experience mentoring or leading team initiatives.
Familiarity with WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or similar standards is highly desirable.
