RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Sr. Full-stack Engineer to join one of our clients’ teams. This role will be pivotal in building features and improving performance in the applications that the customers rely on every day. This role is needed on a short-term basis (approximately 4-8 weeks) to support an ongoing code rewrite.Requirements5+ years of professional work experience as a full-stack engineerProficient in React, Python, or NodeExperience working on an engineering team at a startupExtensive knowledge of modern web development technologies, frameworks, and architectureExperience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to support software development workflows (coding, debugging, documentation, testing, etc.)Experience integrating AI/LLM-based APIs or services into products is a plus (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, other LLM providers)Ability to reason about AI/LLM limitations (hallucinations, latency, cost, security/privacy) and design around themCollaborative working style with a strong focus on execution and results.
